Free while Casewell is in beta
We are onboarding a limited number of firms at a time so every one of them gets set up properly. No card, no contract.
Everything Casewell does, for every case you run
No per-case fee, no page limits and no feature held back. The beta is how we get the reads right on real intake forms, so a firm that is capped is no use to us.

Pricing has not been set, and we would rather say that than invent a number. When it is set, every beta firm gets at least 60 days’ notice before anything changes.
Questions about how this would work for your firm are better answered by a person than a pricing page.
Talk to usWho we are onboarding
The firms in the beta range from single-attorney practices to established consumer bankruptcy firms with a full paralegal team. What they have in common is intake data that still has to be re-entered into Best Case.
Solo practitioners
One attorney doing intake, prep and filing. The time back is the attorney’s own, which is the most expensive hour in the firm.
Small firms with a paralegal team
Two to ten people, high consumer volume, one or two paralegals carrying most of the data entry. This is where the hours saved are most visible.
Established filing practices
Firms with settled processes that do not want to change filing software, only to stop paying the retyping tax on every walk-in client.
How your data is handled
Intake packets contain names, dates of birth, social security numbers, bank balances and a full creditor schedule. Free does not mean casual about any of that.
Pricing questions
How much does Casewell cost?
Nothing during the beta. There is no card on file, no per-case charge and no usage cap while your firm is in the beta programme.
What happens when the beta ends?
We will publish pricing and give every beta firm at least 60 days’ notice before anything changes. No firm is moved onto a paid plan automatically, and your data and your exported files remain yours either way.
Is there a catch, or a contract?
No contract and no minimum term. We ask for two things in exchange: run real cases through it rather than test files, and tell us when something is wrong. That feedback is the reason the beta exists.
What size firm is this for?
Solo practitioners through to established consumer bankruptcy firms with several attorneys and a full paralegal team. The common factor is intake data that still has to be re-entered into Best Case, not headcount.
Do you need our whole caseload to start?
No. Most firms start by running the next handful of intake packets through Casewell alongside their normal process, compare the result, and expand from there.
What does onboarding involve?
We tune Casewell to your firm’s own intake form, set up your users, and walk your staff through their first cases. It is founder-led, and it usually takes under an hour of your team’s time.
